Ingredients
- Romaine lettuce1 head
- Tomatoes2 medium
- Cucumbers1 large
- Radishes4-5
- Green bell pepper1/2
- Red onion1/4
- Fresh mint leaves1/4 cup
- Fresh parsley leaves1/4 cup
- Pita bread1 large
- Olive oil1/4 cup
- Lemon juice2 tablespoons
- Sumac1 tablespoon
- Pomegranate molasses1 teaspoon
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Tear the pita bread into bite-sized pieces and spread them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Set aside to cool.

Wash and chop the romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, green bell pepper, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.

Finely chop the fresh mint and parsley leaves.

In a large bowl, combine the chopped vegetables and herbs.

In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining olive oil, lemon juice, sumac, pomegranate molasses, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.

Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently to combine.

Just before serving, add the crispy pita bread pieces to the salad and toss lightly.
