Ingredients
- Mixed greens5 oz bag
- Cherry tomatoes1 cup, halved
- Cucumber1/2, sliced
- Radishes3-4, thinly sliced
- Pita chips2 cups
- Olive oil3 tablespoons
- Lemon juice1.5 tablespoons
- Sumac2 teaspoons
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped2 tablespoons

In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and sliced radishes.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, sumac, salt, and pepper.
