Ingredients
- Feta cheese block200g
- Cherry tomatoes500g
- Garlic cloves4
- Olive oil1/4 cup
- Dried oregano1 tsp
- Red pepper flakes1/4 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Pasta (e.g., penne, rigatoni)300g
- Fresh basil leavesfor garnish

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Place the feta block in the center of a baking dish.

Scatter cherry tomatoes and garlic cloves around the feta.

Drizzle generously with olive oil. Sprinkle with oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tomatoes are bursting and the feta is soft and slightly browned.

While the feta and tomatoes are baking, cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve about 1/2 cup of pasta water.

Remove the baking dish from the oven. Mash the feta and tomatoes with a fork to create a creamy sauce.

Add the cooked pasta to the baking dish and toss well to coat with the sauce. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to reach desired consistency.
