Ingredients
- Feta cheese block200g
- Sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped1/2 cup
- Garlic cloves, minced3
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Dried basil1 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Pasta (e.g., fusilli, rotini)300g
- Fresh parsley, choppedfor garnish

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Place the feta block in a small oven-safe dish.

Mix chopped sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Spread this mixture over and around the feta.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until feta is softened.

Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve some pasta water.

Mash the feta and sun-dried tomato mixture to form a sauce.

Combine the sauce with the cooked pasta. Add pasta water if needed for consistency.
