- Vegetable broth6 cups
- Worcestershire sauce2 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar1 tbsp
- French bread4 slices
- Swiss cheese4 slices

In a large pot, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add pre-sliced onions and cook, stirring frequently, until softened and beginning to brown, about 15-20 minutes.
