Ingredients
- Pre-cooked diced potatoes (e.g., from frozen section)4 cups
- Butter2 tablespoons
- Garlic powder1 teaspoon
- Chicken broth4 cups
- Milk2 cups
- Shredded cheddar cheese1 cup
- Bacon6 slices, cooked and crumbled
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Chives2 tablespoons, chopped, for garnish
