Ingredients
- Frozen shredded hash browns24 oz
- Cream of mushroom soup1 can (10.5 oz)
- Sour cream3/4 cup
- Cheddar cheese, shredded1.5 cups
- Butter, melted1/4 cup
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/4 teaspoon
Steps

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, combine hash browns, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, 1 cup of cheese, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.

Pour the mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish.
