Ingredients

  • Frozen shredded hash browns24 oz
  • Cream of mushroom soup1 can (10.5 oz)
  • Sour cream3/4 cup
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded1.5 cups
  • Butter, melted1/4 cup
  • Salt1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper1/4 teaspoon

Steps

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a bowl, combine hash browns, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, 1 cup of cheese, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
