- Sweet Potatoes3 lbs
- Butter1/2 cup
- Granulated Sugar1/2 cup
- Milk1/4 cup
- Eggs2
- Vanilla Extract1 tsp
- Salt1/2 tsp
- Pecans1 cup, chopped
- Brown Sugar1/2 cup
Steps

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Wash and boil sweet potatoes until tender. Drain and peel.

Mash sweet potatoes in a large bowl. Add melted butter, granulated sugar, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.

Pour sweet potato mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a separate bowl, combine chopped pecans and brown sugar. Sprinkle evenly over the sweet potato mixture.
