- Canned Black Beans1 can (15 oz)
- Canned Corn1 can (15 oz)
- Red Onion1/4 cup, finely chopped
- Lime Juice3 tablespoons
- Olive Oil2 tablespoons
- Cumin1/2 teaspoon
- Salt1/4 teaspoon
- Black Pepper1/8 teaspoon
- Fresh Cilantro2 tablespoons, chopped

Drain and rinse the black beans and corn. Place them in a medium bowl.
