Ingredients
- Canned Chickpeas2 cans (15 oz each)
- Cucumber1 cup, diced
- Cherry Tomatoes1 cup, halved
- Red Onion1/4 cup, finely chopped
- Kalamata Olives1/2 cup, pitted and halved
- Fresh Parsley1/4 cup, chopped
- Fresh Mint2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon Juice3 tablespoons
- Olive Oil3 tablespoons
- Dried Oregano1 teaspoon
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Black Pepper1/4 teaspoon
