Ingredients
- Chicken wings2 lbs
- Vegetable oilfor frying
- Cayenne pepper-based hot sauce3/4 cup
- Unsalted butter1/2 cup
- Minced garlic3 cloves
- Grated Parmesan cheese1/4 cup
- Saltto taste
- Black pepper
- Fresh parsley, choppedfor garnish
- Blue cheese dipfor serving

Pat chicken wings dry and season with salt and pepper. Fry in 375°F (190°C) oil until golden and cooked through. Drain.
