- Chicken breast2 lbs
- All-purpose flour2 cups
- Baking powder2 tsp
- Salt1 tsp
- Black pepper1/2 tsp
- Butter1/2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Chicken broth2 cups
- Cream of chicken soup1 can (10.5 oz)
- Frozen peas1 cup
- Onion, chopped1/2 cup
- Celery, chopped1/2 cup

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook chicken breasts until done, then shred. Set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.

Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Stir in milk until just combined to form a dough.

In a separate bowl, combine shredded chicken, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, peas, onion, and celery.
