Ingredients
- Ground beef1.5 lbs
- Onion, finely chopped1 medium
- Garlic, minced3 cloves
- Tomato paste6 oz
- Beef broth4 cups
- Chili powder1/4 cup
- Ground cumin1 tbsp
- Ground cinnamon1 tsp
- Ground cloves1/2 tsp
- Cayenne pepper1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Spaghetti1 lb
- Shredded cheddar cheesefor topping

Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up. Drain excess fat.

Add finely chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, cinnamon, cloves, and cayenne pepper. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes.

Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally, to allow flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken slightly.
