Ingredients
- Ground beef (80/20)2 pounds
- Breadcrumbs (plain)1 cup
- Milk1/2 cup
- Eggs2 large
- Yellow onion, finely chopped1 medium
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Worcestershire sauce2 tablespoons
- Ketchup1/2 cup, plus more for glaze
- Dijon mustard1 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)2 tablespoons

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 cup ketchup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix gently with your hands until just combined. Do not overmix.

Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix remaining ketchup with a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce for the glaze.

Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.

Bake for 60-75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley.
