Ingredients
- Ground lamb500g
- Onion, finely chopped1 small
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Fresh parsley, chopped1/4 cup
- Fresh mint, chopped2 tbsp
- Cumin powder1 tsp
- Coriander powder1 tsp
- Cinnamon powder1/4 tsp
- Salt1 tsp
- Black pepper1/2 tsp
- Olive oil (for grilling)2 tbsp

In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped mint, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix gently with your hands until just combined. Do not overmix.

Shape the mixture into small, elongated oval shapes (kofta) or meatballs, about 2 inches long. You should get about 16-20 kofta.

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Brush the grill grates or pan with olive oil.

Grill the kofta for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
