  • Bulk pork sausage1 pound
  • Day-old bread, cubed8 cups
  • Large eggs12
  • Milk3 cups
  • Shredded cheddar cheese2 cups
  • Onion, chopped1/2 cup
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper1/2 teaspoon

Steps

    Brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off excess grease and set aside.
