Ingredients
- Pork sausages8
- Potatoes1 kg
- Butter50 g
- Milk100 ml
- Ready-made Onion Gravy400 ml
- Chives1 tbsp, chopped
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste
- Vegetable Oil1 tbsp
Steps

Peel and chop potatoes. Boil in salted water until tender.

Drain potatoes and mash with butter and milk. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a pan and fry sausages until browned and cooked through.

Meanwhile, heat the ready-made onion gravy according to package instructions.

Serve sausages over mashed potatoes, generously topped with the warm onion gravy. Garnish with chives.
