- Ready-made Yorkshire pudding mix1 packet
- Vegetable oil3 tbsp
- Wateras per packet instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan/Gas Mark 6).

Place the pre-cooked sausages in an ovenproof dish.

Prepare the Yorkshire pudding batter according to the packet instructions, using water.

Heat the vegetable oil in the ovenproof dish with the sausages in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes until very hot.

Carefully pour the batter into the hot dish around the sausages. Return to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
