- Olive Oil2 tbsp
- Garlic4 cloves, minced
- Fresh Rosemary2 sprigs, chopped
- Fresh Thyme2 sprigs, chopped
- Salt1 tsp
- Black Pepper0.5 tsp

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and chopped thyme.

Rub the herb and garlic mixture all over the pork tenderloin. Season generously with salt and black pepper.
