Ingredients
- Pork Chops (boneless, thin-cut)4
- All-purpose flour1/4 cup
- Onion powder1 tsp
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Prepared Brown Gravy Mix or 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup1 packet or 10.5 oz can
- Water or Milk1.5 cups
- Vegetable Oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste
- Dried Parsley (for garnish)1 tsp
Steps

Season pork chops with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops until browned on both sides. Remove chops and set aside.

In the same skillet, whisk together the gravy mix (or soup) and water/milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer.

Return pork chops to the skillet, ensuring they are mostly submerged in the gravy. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until pork chops are cooked through.
