Ingredients
- Cooked chicken, finely chopped200g
- Mashed potatoes200g
- Fresh dill, chopped2 tbsp
- Lemon zest1 tsp
- All-purpose flour50g
- Eggs2
- Rye breadcrumbs150g
- Salmon roe (caviar)40g
- Vegetable oil for fryingas needed
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

In a bowl, combine chopped chicken, mashed potatoes, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into small croquette forms (cylindrical or oval).

Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with rye breadcrumbs.

Coat each croquette first in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat thoroughly with rye breadcrumbs.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer to 175°C (350°F).

Fry croquettes in batches until golden brown and heated through, about 5-7 minutes.
