Ingredients
- Lamb shoulder, boneless1.5 lbs
- Lemon juice1/4 cup
- Olive oil1/4 cup

Steps

Cut lamb into 1-inch cubes.

In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Add lamb cubes to the marinade, toss to coat, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours).

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Thread lamb cubes onto the soaked skewers.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
