Ingredients
- Wonton wrappers24
- Cream cheese8 oz
- Cooked crab meat6 oz
- Sriracha sauce1-2 tbsp
- Fresh cilantro2 tbsp, chopped
- Garlic powder1/2 tsp
- Vegetable oil for frying3 cups
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Black pepper1/4 tsp

In a bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, Sriracha, chopped cilantro, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Place a wonton wrapper on a work surface. Add about 1 teaspoon of the spicy crab mixture to the center.

Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water. Fold into a desired shape (e.g., triangle, purse), pressing firmly to seal and remove air.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or pot to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the rangoon in batches for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Turn as needed for even cooking.
