  • Water2 cups
  • Full-fat coconut milk2 cups
  • Cinnamon sticks1
  • Cardamom pods4
  • Fresh ginger, sliced1/2 inch piece
  • Brown sugar or maple syrupto taste
  • Ice cubesplenty

    In a saucepan, combine water, cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, and ginger. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
