Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, toss the potatoes and onion wedges with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper, Old Bay, and paprika. Spread evenly on a large baking sheet.

Roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.

While potatoes roast, toss the shrimp, corn kernels, sliced sausage, minced garlic, and remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil in the same bowl. Season with a little more salt and pepper.

Add the shrimp mixture to the baking sheet with the potatoes and onions. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over everything. Return to the oven and roast for another 10-12 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.

Serve immediately, with the remaining lemon halves for squeezing.
