- Shrimp, peeled and deveined1 lb

- Sweet chili sauce1/4 cup
- Sriracha1-2 tbsp
- Honey1 tbsp
- Rice vinegar1 tsp

Prepare the shrimp: Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Set up breading station: In one shallow dish, whisk together flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. In another shallow dish, whisk eggs and milk. Place shrimp in the egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture, ensuring each shrimp is well coated.

Fry the shrimp: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat to 350°F (175°C). Fry shrimp in batches for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on a wire rack.

Make the sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar until smooth.

Combine: In a large bowl, gently toss the fried shrimp with the Bang Bang sauce until evenly coated.

Serve: Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
