Ingredients
- Large shrimp, peeled and deveined1 lb

- Worcestershire sauce1 tsp
- Hot sauce (e.g., Tabasco)1/2 tsp

Cook shrimp: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until pink and opaque. Immediately drain and plunge into an ice bath to stop the cooking.

Prepare cocktail sauce: In a medium bowl, combine ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Stir well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Chill shrimp: Once cooled, drain the shrimp thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Assemble: Arrange the chilled shrimp around the edge of a serving platter or in individual glasses. Place a small bowl of cocktail sauce in the center. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley.
