Ingredients
- Cooked prawns150g, finely chopped
- White bread6 slices, crusts removed
- Mayonnaise2 tbsp
- Garlic powder1/4 tsp
- Saltpinch
- Black pepperpinch
- Sesame seeds1 tbsp
- Vegetable oilfor shallow frying

In a bowl, mix the chopped cooked prawns with mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Spread the prawn mixture thinly onto one side of each bread slice.

Sprinkle sesame seeds over the prawn mixture.

Cut the bread slices into small squares or rectangles.

Heat a thin layer of vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
