Ingredients
- Rice flour1 cup
- Ground cinnamon2 teaspoons
- Sweetened condensed milk1/2 cup
- Water4 cups
- Milk (dairy or non-dairy)2 cups
- Vanilla extract1 teaspoon
Steps

In a blender, combine the rice flour, ground cinnamon, sweetened condensed milk, water, milk, and vanilla extract.
