- Potatoes400g
- Red chili, finely chopped1
- Fresh coriander, chopped3 tbsp
- Lime zest1 tsp
- Egg1, beaten
- All-purpose flour50g
- Breadcrumbs50g
- Sunflower oilfor frying

Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and mash them until smooth. Let cool.
