- Onion1 small
- Eggs3 large
- Cheddar Cheese1 cup grated
- All-purpose flour1/2 cup
- Milk1/4 cup
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Black Pepper1/4 teaspoon

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a 20cm square baking tin.

Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.

Cook bacon until crisp, then chop. Finely chop the onion and sauté until softened.

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Stir in the flour until just combined.

Add the grated zucchini, chopped bacon, sautéed onion, and grated cheese to the egg mixture. Mix well.
