Ingredients
- Cooked potatoes500g
- Cooked cabbage300g
- Butter2 tbsp
- Onion1 small, finely chopped
- Pork sausages8
- Eggs4
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Prepare the Bubble and Squeak mixture as per the traditional recipe (mash potatoes, chop cabbage, mix with onion, salt, pepper).

Form into 4 large patties.

Heat 1 tbsp butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Fry the Bubble and Squeak patties for 5-7 minutes per side until golden and crisp.

While the patties are frying, cook the sausages in a separate pan according to package directions.

In the last few minutes of cooking the patties, fry the eggs in the same pan or a separate one to your liking.

Serve each plate with a Bubble and Squeak patty, two sausages, and a fried egg on top.
