Ingredients
- Poha (flattened rice)2 cups
- Plain yogurt1.5 cups
- Saltto taste
- Sugar1 tsp
- Roasted cumin powder1/2 tsp
- Red chili powdera pinch (optional)
- Fresh coriander1 tbsp, chopped
- Wateras needed for rinsing

Rinse the poha gently under cold water and drain well. Let it sit for 5 minutes to soften.

In a separate bowl, whisk the yogurt with salt and sugar until smooth.

Add the softened poha to the seasoned yogurt. Mix gently to combine.
