Ingredients
- Whey protein powder1 cup
- Rolled oats1.5 cups
- Baking powder2 tsp
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Eggs2 large
- Unsweetened almond milk1 cup
- Mashed banana1/2 cup
- Honey or maple syrup1/4 cup
- Vanilla extract1 tsp
- Blueberries or other berries1 cup

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with liners or grease well.

In a large bowl, whisk together protein powder, rolled oats, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, mashed banana, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

Gently fold in the berries.
