Ingredients
- Vanilla protein powder1.5 cups
- Whole wheat flour1 cup
- Baking soda1 tsp
- Cinnamon1 tsp
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Eggs2 large
- Plain Greek yogurt1 cup
- Melted coconut oil1/4 cup
- Sugar or sweetener1/4 cup
- Chocolate chips1/2 cup

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 12-cup muffin tin.

In a large bowl, combine protein powder, whole wheat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, Greek yogurt, melted coconut oil, and sugar/sweetener.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just moistened. Fold in chocolate chips.
