Ingredients

  • Bihon noodles (thin rice vermicelli)8 oz
  • Chicken breast, thinly sliced1/2 lb
  • Pork shoulder, thinly sliced1/4 lb
  • Shrimp, peeled and deveined1/4 lb
  • Garlic, minced3 cloves
  • Onion, thinly sliced1/2 medium
  • Carrots, julienned1 medium
  • Cabbage, shredded1 cup
  • Green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces1/2 cup
  • Soy sauce1/4 cup
  • Oyster sauce2 tbsp
  • Chicken broth1 cup
  • Vegetable oil2 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Scallions, chopped (for garnish)2 tbsp
  • Calamansi or lime wedges (for garnish)4

Steps

    Soak bihon noodles in warm water for 10-15 minutes until softened. Drain and set aside.

    Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.

    Add chicken, pork, and shrimp. Stir-fry until meats are cooked through and shrimp turn pink.

    Add carrots, cabbage, and green beans. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

    Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.

    Add the drained bihon noodles to the wok. Toss gently to coat the noodles with the sauce and mix with the other ingredients. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until noodles have absorbed most of the liquid and are tender.

    Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

    Transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped scallions and calamansi or lime wedges.
