Ingredients
- Bihon noodles (thin rice vermicelli)8 oz
- Chicken breast, thinly sliced1/2 lb
- Pork shoulder, thinly sliced1/4 lb
- Shrimp, peeled and deveined1/4 lb
- Garlic, minced3 cloves
- Onion, thinly sliced1/2 medium
- Carrots, julienned1 medium
- Cabbage, shredded1 cup
- Green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces1/2 cup
- Soy sauce1/4 cup
- Oyster sauce2 tbsp
- Chicken broth1 cup
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Scallions, chopped (for garnish)2 tbsp
- Calamansi or lime wedges (for garnish)4
Steps

Soak bihon noodles in warm water for 10-15 minutes until softened. Drain and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.

Add chicken, pork, and shrimp. Stir-fry until meats are cooked through and shrimp turn pink.

Add carrots, cabbage, and green beans. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.

Add the drained bihon noodles to the wok. Toss gently to coat the noodles with the sauce and mix with the other ingredients. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until noodles have absorbed most of the liquid and are tender.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped scallions and calamansi or lime wedges.
