Ingredients
- Spam1 can (200g)
- Sausages (e.g., Vienna sausages or hot dogs)1 cup, sliced
- Kimchi1.5 cups, chopped
- Tofu (firm or silken)1/2 block, sliced
- Baked beans in tomato sauce1/2 cup
- Ramen noodles1 package
- Onion1/2, sliced
- Green onions2, chopped
- Garlic2 cloves, minced
- Gochujang (Korean chili paste)3 tablespoons
- Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce1 tablespoon
- Sugar1 teaspoon
- Water or anchovy broth4 cups

In a large pot or Korean hot pot, arrange the spam, sausages, kimchi, tofu, and onion.

In a small bowl, mix gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, and sugar. Pour this mixture over the ingredients in the pot.

Add water or anchovy broth to cover the ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

Once boiling, reduce heat to medium and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.

Add the ramen noodles and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the noodles are tender.

Stir in minced garlic and chopped green onions. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Serve hot, directly from the pot, with a side of cooked rice.
