Ingredients

  • Rolled oats200g
  • Water250ml
  • Lemon juice2 tbsp
  • Granny Smith apples2 medium
  • Heavy cream100ml
  • Hazelnuts50g
  • Almonds50g

    Combine rolled oats, water, and lemon juice in a bowl. Stir well.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).

    Grate the apples (peel optional).

    Stir the grated apple into the soaked oats.

    Whip the heavy cream until softly peaked.

    Chop the hazelnuts and almonds.

    Serve the muesli chilled, topped with whipped cream and chopped nuts.
