Ingredients
- All-purpose flour1 cup
- Eggs2 large
- Milk1 1/4 cups
- Butter, melted2 tablespoons
- Granulated sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt1/4 teaspoon
- Butter or oil for greasingas needed

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth. Stir in the melted butter.

Let the batter rest for at least 15 minutes (or up to 1 hour) at room temperature.

Heat a lightly oiled or buttered non-stick skillet or crêpe pan over medium heat.

Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the hot pan and swirl to coat the bottom evenly.

Cook for about 1-2 minutes, until the edges lift easily and the bottom is golden brown. Flip and cook for another 30-60 seconds.

Slide the crêpe onto a plate. Repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the pan as needed.
