Ingredients
- Greek yogurt1 cup
- Garlic2 cloves

- Unsalted butter4 tbsp
- Aleppo pepper flakes1 tsp
- Fresh dill2 tbsp, chopped

In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Bring a pot of water to a gentle simmer. Add a splash of vinegar (optional) to help the eggs hold their shape.

Crack each egg into a small ramekin or directly into the simmering water. Poach eggs for 3-4 minutes until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.

While eggs are poaching, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in Aleppo pepper flakes and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the butter.

Spoon the garlicky yogurt onto serving plates or shallow bowls.

Carefully remove poached eggs from the water using a slotted spoon and place them on top of the yogurt.

Drizzle the spiced butter sauce over the eggs and yogurt. Garnish with fresh chopped dill.

Serve immediately.
