- Granulated sugar3/4 cup
- Brown sugar, packed1/2 cup
- Large egg1
- Vanilla extract1 teaspoon
- Rolled oats2 cups
- Raisins1 cup

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

In a large bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
