- Graham cracker crumbs1.5 cups
- Unsalted butter, melted6 tablespoons
- Sweetened condensed milk1 can (14 oz)
- Lemon juice, fresh1/2 cup
- Lemon zest2 tablespoons
- Egg yolks3 large
- Powdered sugar, for dusting2 tablespoons

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
