- semi-sweet chocolate chips12 oz
- heavy cream1/2 cup

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla extract.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Stir in the hot water until the batter is smooth.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.

While the cake cools, prepare the cheesecake filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice until well combined.

Prepare the chocolate ganache: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
