Ingredients
- Store-bought pound cake1 loaf
- Mixed fresh berries3 cups
- Instant vanilla pudding mix1 box (3.4 oz)
- Milk2 cups
- Whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)2 cups
- Optional: Raspberry or strawberry jam1/4 cup

Prepare the pudding according to package directions using the specified amount of milk. Let it set.

Slice the pound cake into 1-inch thick pieces. Arrange half of the cake slices in the bottom of a trifle bowl. If using jam, spread a thin layer over the cake.

Layer half of the fresh berries over the cake. Spoon half of the prepared pudding over the berries.
