Cut phyllo dough into bite-sized pieces (approx. 1-inch squares).

In a large bowl, toss the phyllo pieces with about half of the melted butter until lightly coated.

Add the crushed walnuts and cinnamon to the phyllo mixture and toss gently.

Heat the remaining melted butter in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.

Add the phyllo and nut mixture to the skillet and toast, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crisp (about 10-15 minutes).

While toasting, prepare the syrup: Combine sugar, water, honey, and lemon juice in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.

Pour the hot syrup over the toasted phyllo mixture in the skillet. Stir gently to coat.
