Ingredients
- Strong black tea bags (e.g., Ceylon or English Breakfast)4 bags
- Water3 cups
- Vanilla extract1/2 teaspoon
- Sweetened condensed milk1/2 cup
- Milk (whole or 2%)1/2 cup
- Sugar1/4 cup
- Ice cubesFor serving

Boil 3 cups of water. Steep the black tea bags in the hot water for 5-7 minutes to make a strong brew.

Remove tea bags. Stir in sugar and vanilla extract until dissolved. Let cool slightly.

In a separate pitcher, combine sweetened condensed milk and regular milk.

To serve, fill glasses with ice. Pour the sweetened tea about two-thirds full.
