  • Heavy cream1 cup
  • Peas, frozen or fresh1/2 cup
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Sherry (optional)2 tablespoons
  • Toasted bread or puff pastry shellsfor serving

    Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and green bell pepper, sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
