Ingredients
- Chicken breast1.5 lbs, cut into 1-inch pieces
- Teriyaki sauce1 cup
- Bourbon2 tablespoons
- Orange juice1/4 cup
- Brown sugar1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder1 teaspoon
- Cornstarch1 tablespoon
- Water2 tablespoons
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Sesame seedsfor garnish
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet.

In the same skillet, combine teriyaki sauce, bourbon, orange juice, brown sugar, and garlic powder. Bring to a simmer.

In a small bowl, whisk cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Add to the simmering sauce and stir until thickened.
