Ingredients
- Rotisserie chicken2 cups, shredded
- Chicken broth6 cups
- White rice1/2 cup, uncooked
- Frozen peas1 cup
- Carrots1 medium, finely diced
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Dried thyme1/2 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

In a large pot, combine chicken broth, uncooked white rice, diced carrots, garlic powder, and dried thyme. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the rice is almost cooked through.

Add the shredded rotisserie chicken and frozen peas to the pot. Stir well.

Continue to simmer for another 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is heated through and the peas are tender.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
