- Breadcrumbs1/2 cup
- Parmesan cheese, grated1/4 cup
- Egg1 large
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Fresh parsley, chopped2 tbsp
- Milk2 tbsp
- Salt1 tsp
- Black pepper1/2 tsp

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.

Roll the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs.
